This mold makes it easy for you. The carrots are in the mold. Easy to pour your carrot color, then if you want an icing pour it, then the cake base. Or just the carrots and a solid cake base. Around the base of the candle scatter some baby carrots or carrot slices (I make those molds too) that can be used as tart warmers and dress up your candle too. Just pour, cool and remove. Can't get easier.
