Here is another choice for those breakfast plates. The mold makes 2 fried sausage patties. I fried up the sausage first before using it to make the mold. They are very detailed like the fried sausage it's self. Use it with my biscuit mold to make a sausage and egg or sausage biscuit. Once the biscuit cooled I cut it in half. I also used the sausage patty mold to make the egg that is on the sausage and egg biscuit. Pour one with sausage color, one white and pour the biscuit and you have the sausage biscuit in one pour.
