I always cut my slab bacon in half. They measure appox. 3 1/4" x 1 1/4". This was made using real bacon that was fried first. The mold makes 2 thick slice pieces of bacon. Naturally it has the texture of real bacon. Would work great added to the Pancake, Waffle, with the Fried Egg or Bacon Burger. I have those molds too.
