I had a request for these. I made them using real potatoes that I hollowed out. They have all the detail of the real potato including the skin detail. I did the outside dark, so it would be easier to see the detail. I left the edging of the potato thick so you won't have any problem getting them out of the mold. I showed them normal, but you would probably want to put cheese colored topping and maybe some green specks of wax for bell peppers and so on.
